New Creative Format: UGC Interactive Ads
We’re excited to announce the release of a new creative approach – UGC Interactive ads!
The production team at AdLiven has introduced UGC Interactive Ads, the latest creative style, to our Playable Platform. The exclusive AdLiven feature combines user-generated content with interactive ads to feature both formats in a single ad for a unique advertising experience.
Our partners can now upload UGC videos to our dashboard to create a new type of interactive ad. The updated feature sits among the various tabs in our Playable Platform dashboard, including the current sections of music, text, images, and more. By uploading the UGC video, the new ad will include user-generated content within the interactive ad. (Alternatively, AdLiven can facilitate the UGC recording process as well). The interactive ad will play as usual; the only difference is a smaller screen in the top right corner where the UGC video will play and follow along with the interactive ad. For example, the UGC video will react with facial expressions depending on whether the user is winning or losing.
This new format will combine the interactivity of playable ads with the trustworthiness of UGC. Playable ads offer users an insight into the app's functionality before downloading, which can increase retention and LTV (lifetime value). Additionally, UGC sees a 50% decrease in cost-per-click compared to regular ads and receives four times the click-through rate than average. According to a survey conducted among consumers in the United States, 79% of people surveyed say UGC impacts their purchasing decisions as it humanizes the brand and raises its trustworthiness. Along with these benefits, our partners can continue using all the same features found within the playable platform, including creating variants and collecting analytics in the new Insights platform.
This new creative format is now available within the Playable Platform for partners to use and explore.
