Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior 2D Motion Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of gaming clients, from cutting-edge indie titles to some of the biggest names in the industry.
This is a generalist role, where you'll take ownership of the entire video production process -from motion design to sound design- ensuring cohesive and high-performing ads tailored for user acquisition (UA) campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for crafting static mockups during concept development, ideation, and production phases.
A strong background in the gaming industry is required (mobile gaming is a strong plus), as this role demands a solid understanding of game aesthetics, player engagement, and performance-driven creative. We’re also looking for someone with a problem-solving mindset, someone who’s resourceful, curious, and doesn’t give up when something seems technically out of reach.
Your creativity, storytelling instincts, and technical motion skills -including character animation, typography, and visual timing- will play a key role in transforming concepts into high-performing, visually compelling content that drives growth for our clients and sets a new standard for creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Create polished, performance-driven 2D motion graphics for video ads, game trailers, and user acquisition (UA) campaigns
- Own the full production process, including animation, editing, and sound design
- Design static mockups and visual concepts to support ideation, pitch decks, and production workflows
- Apply strong storytelling, animation principles, and design sensibility to maximize creative impact and viewer engagement
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling assets aligned with brand identity, product goals, and performance marketing strategies
- Ensure consistent quality control across all deliveries, from concept through final animation
- Work closely with internal creative production team to ensure quality and consistency across
- Stay up to date with motion design trends and innovations in mobile gaming and digital advertising
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with strong execution and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in 2D motion design, with a strong focus on the gaming industry (mobile gaming preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 2D motion graphics for games or interactive content
- Proven ability to design static mockups for use in creative development and production
- Strong skills in character animation, typography, sound design, and storytelling through motion
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Excellent sense of timing, composition, visual rhythm, and motion-based storytelling
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative, and highly collaborative creative environments
- Excellent organization, communication, and self-direction skills
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
Nice to Have
- Illustration skills, especially for characters and environments
- Experience with Spline or similar interactive/motion design tools
- Familiarity with AI video creation tools
- Experience working closely with UA/marketing teams or within a performance creative pipeline
- Basic understanding of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D,..)
- Experience working with external creatives (e.g., freelancers, agencies, or UGC creators)
