Job Overview

As a pivotal member of AdLiven, the Project Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our creative marketing endeavors. Reporting directly to our Director of Partner Relations, this role is at the heart of our mission to craft compelling video and playable ads that captivate, engage audiences worldwide and perform.

In this dynamic position, you will join a passionate team dedicated to surpassing partner expectations by harnessing AdLiven's innovative creative process. Acting as a vital conduit between Partner Relations and our Creative teams, you'll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring a synchronized workflow that delivers exceptional results. 

Responsibilities will include meticulous project planning, deadline management, resource allocation, and regular communication with all stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, who can anticipate client needs and coordinate efforts to meet ambitious marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle for multiple partners, including budgeting, scheduling, briefing, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide the creative team with exceptional creative briefs aligned with client marketing and communication objectives.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all deliverables and provide constructive feedback to the Creative Team as necessary. 
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and facilitate post-mortem analysis to continuously improve project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking systems to monitor performance, timelines, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all client-facing presentations and documentation, such as concept and insight decks, are crafted with precision and delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate with Creative Leads and Coordinators to guarantee that project milestones are met.
  • Assist the Director of Partner Relations and Partner Relationship Managers in managing client project delivery and onboarding new clients, including setting up project management tools.
  • Organize internal kickoff meetings to discuss new projects and creative concept requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, including contracts and asset links, on the project management platform.
  • Create and manage calendars for strategic partner engagements, including quarterly business reviews and regular check-ins.

Process Development:

  • Analyze existing project management processes and identify areas for enhancement to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the creative production cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop standardized procedures for project initiation, execution, and closure, ensuring consistency and quality in all partner deliverables.
  • Lead the implementation of new project management tools and systems, providing training and support to team members to facilitate smooth adoption and integration into daily operations.
  •  Establish clear communication protocols and documentation standards, streamlining information exchange and ensuring that all team members are aligned on project objectives and progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously refine project management practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from team members and partners, and incorporating it into process optimization strategies.

Performance Tracking:

  • Evaluate and report on the performance of creative content, identifying top-performing ads and sharing insights with the Creative Team.
  • Collaborate with Partner Relations and Creative teams to align client expectations with creative ideation and campaign development.

Research and Insights:

  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, design styles, and innovative advertising techniques to propose fresh, competitive ideas.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the gaming industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record in digital advertising, with a focus on creating engaging content for social platforms and in-app networks.
  • A proactive approach to project management, with a history of taking initiative and identifying new opportunities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in client-facing roles and the ability to manage and exceed client expectations.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with an obsession for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A fast-paced work ethic, enabling you to meet tight deadlines and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering creative solutions and continuous improvement.
  • A deep understanding of visual design principles, with the ability to guide and evaluate creative content effectively.
  • Analytical acumen, with a talent for assessing project needs and developing appropriate strategies.
