Job Overview
At AdLiven, as Creative Coordinator you will be managing an extensive portfolio of clients from the gaming industry, and not only and have the opportunity to provide creative work for some of the biggest gaming giants from the industry.
Your role will be to work hand in hand with the Creative Director and the Partner Relations team to transform marketing objectives into digital ad creatives that attract and retain new users for our clients. You will manage the creative process from concept through final execution, keeping in mind the need for quality, performance, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end production flow of creative projects (brief → art direction→ execution → delivery)
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs and provide strong execution direction
- Propose, evaluate, and refine creative concepts with a strong focus on performance potential
- Deliver insightful, structured feedback on key creative dimensions such as emotion, message, intent, and clarity
- Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions and concept development
- Work closely with both internal and external artists to ensure alignment, clarity, and quality execution
- Ensure all projects are well documented, communicated, and delivered at a high creative standard
- Analyze competitor activity using tools like Sensor Tower and translate insights into actionable creative improvements
- Stay constantly up to date with emerging creative trends and apply them effectively in a performance-driven way
- Take ownership of the quality and performance outcomes of the creatives you help bring to life
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of creative performance and what makes an ad or concept work
- Ability to break down and evaluate creative work beyond aesthetics (emotion, message, intent, clarity)
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative creative environments
- Strong communication skills across creative and production teams
- Curiosity for trends, ads, and what’s performing in the market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Communications or related field
- 3+ years experience in production, project management or media-related industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Detail-oriented
- Team player – ability to offer support when others need help
- Ability to brainstorm and present creative ideas in a collaborative environment
- Experience with Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere or Illustrator
- An understanding of design principles a plus
- Familiarity with social platforms and in-app networks a plus
- Digital advertising experience a plus
