Job Overview 

At AdLiven, as a Creative Conceptor & Innovation Strategist, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily from the gaming industry, while also working with brands beyond gaming. You will have the opportunity to create compelling and innovative content for some of the biggest gaming giants in the industry. 

Sitting within the Innovation Lab under the Creative Team, your primary responsibility will be to develop high-performing creative concepts and mechanics that attract and retain new users for our clients. You will own the entire ideation process, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring that each concept is innovative, effective, and aligned with client goals. 

This role reports directly to the Head of Creatives, alongside other members of the creative team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Innovative Ideation for High-Performing UA Creatives: Develop groundbreaking creative concepts that enhance user acquisition campaigns. Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging formats to drive creative excellence and push boundaries.
  • Mini-Game Mechanics Development: Design and refine interactive mini-game mechanics that captivate audiences, boost engagement, and optimize conversion rates while aligning with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Versatile Scriptwriting: Craft compelling scripts for diverse content formats, including video ads, interactive experiences, and in-game narratives, ensuring each piece resonates with target audiences.
  • Innovation & Trend Exploration: Conduct in-depth research and experimentation to uncover new creative opportunities. Prototype and test cutting-edge concepts that have the potential to shape industry trends.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Market Analysis: Leverage tools like Sensor Tower to analyze competitor activities, conduct comprehensive market research, and extract valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Trend Awareness & Proactive Ideation: Stay at the forefront of industry innovations by consistently tracking emerging trends. Proactively generate fresh ideas that have the potential to set new creative standards.
  • Creative Workshops & Client Collaboration: Lead and participate in workshops with clients, focusing on creative innovation, performance strategies, and trend analysis. Drive meaningful discussions aimed at enhancing client engagement and maximizing revenue potential.

Qualifications and Role Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years experience within the gaming industry.
  • Strong background in creative concept development, digital advertising, or game design.
  • Experience in performance marketing, user acquisition strategies, or mobile gaming is required. 
  • Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting skills with a keen understanding of engagement-driven content. 
  • Passion for exploring new creative trends and the ability to translate insights into actionable ideas.
  • A proactive and experimental mindset, with a willingness to test and iterate rapidly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Communications or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D and 2D Art pipelines and production principles 
  • Great project and time management skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Ability to brainstorm and present creative ideas in a collaborative environment
  • Advanced knowledge of social platforms and in-app networks.
